Volunteers Needed
The Paoli Fire Company is seeking new members to join an organization with more than 100 years of dedicated service protecting the citizens of Tredyffrin, Easttown, and Willistown townships. All you need is a desire to help your neighbors and a sense of civic pride. In return, you'll get a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment, a host of new skills, and a massive group of new friends who feel like family.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Firefighters: Firefighters’ first concern is life safety, and second, protection of property. This is accomplished through effective, efficient responses to rescue people, extinguish fires, and safely assist people at accident scenes.
Emergency Medical Technicians: EMTs provide emergency medical care and transportation to the hospital.
Fire Police Officers: Fire police protect emergency responders and the general public by directing traffic and otherwise controlling the incident scene
Juniors: Teens from 16 to 18 can train with and assist firefighters and EMTs. They can ride the apparatus and perform some duties on scene.
Non-emergency Volunteers: These volunteers support our first responders and our greater mission by providing car seat checks and fire prevention and safety education, handling administrative and maintenance duties, organizing company events and fundraisers, and much more.
Whatever your time and talents, Paoli Fire Company needs you!
You may also call the station at (610) 644-1712 or attend one of our training sessions, held every Tuesday at 7 PM.
