The challenging workout is named after Navy Seal Lieutenant & Medal of Honor recipient Michael Murphy who used it as part of his personal conditioning routine. It has become a way for civilians to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their country.
Firefighting is a physically demanding job that requires strength and endurance. PFC is committed to the health and wellbeing of its members and celebrates their dedication. PFC recently completed the installation of a new gym at the station that further supports this initiative.
Paoli’s Fire Company is always seeking additional volunteers and provides a range of incentives like the fitness facility. Stop in and inquire about the details if you are interested.
